Erik from Ridgeline responded to a warranty call on our DSLD home we purchased recently. We lost a couple of shingles from high winds during a storm. I actually called Ridgeline twice. Once to replace my gutters and install gutter guards and another time, when I was selling my house, to evaluate my roof for storm damage. They were very professional both times. They don’t try to over sell and address your concerns quickly and ensure you are treated fairly and very courteously. We were very worries we would have to replace the roof and they explained all their findings and the reason a repair was all that was needed. The crews were awesome. They cleaned up after they were done and asked to inspect the job when they were done to make sure you are satisfied. Heath is awesome. Ridgeline replaced my roof. They did everything they said they would. They were always on time. After they finished the roof you would have never known they were here. The roof looks great! I highly recommend them! Hard to find businesses like this anymore!
