Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup

From the first phone call and subsequent meeting with Brett in the middle of the night to the installation of all of the drying equipment with Hunter and his team, Roto Rooter helped a horrible situation and did their very best to make it as positive as possible. Brett took great care of me, keeping me up to speed on everything going on and Hunter made sure that his techs took excellent care of my home. All of the techs were professional and courteous and I especially appreciated meeting and talking with Garrett. Brett and Hunter met with the insurance adjuster and made sure everything that they had done and everything they had seen and recorded was conveyed to the insurance company to ensure that my policy takes care of everything just as expected. I was devastated when I found water running across my kitchen floor but they quickly took care of everything, including Brett bringing me a bottle of water when he responded since I had been moving things that were wet to try and save them.

I'd suggest calling someone else for your septic system needs. No one came prepared with the tools or equipment needed. Price doubled in the first 30 minutes and company is very misleading. I was willing to pay for prompt service before I had a major issue but this was a total waist of time. After 30 minutes they didn't locate my system. I went under my home to make it easier for them to find. Felt like they just kept coming up with more ways to charge me for non sense and do less work. We weren't even 30 minutes in and I told them I appreciated it but I was going to call someone else due to everything that had already taken place. They then proceeded to try and charge me more money. I have 1000 gallon septic system less than 30' from my home in a neighborhood. It's about as straight forward as a septic system gets. The lady working in dispatch also lied to me. She made an excuse as to why she said what she said but ultimately it was to cover a lie. Service: Plumbing
