Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup

Patrick placed a yard hydrant in our backyard. He did an excellent job. Placed plenty of pea sized rocks to help stabilize the hydrant. Also added an L shaped base for extra stability. I'd suggest calling someone else for your septic system needs. No one came prepared with the tools or equipment needed. Price doubled in the first 30 minutes and company is very misleading. I was willing to pay for prompt service before I had a major issue but this was a total waist of time. After 30 minutes they didn't locate my system. I went under my home to make it easier for them to find. Felt like they just kept coming up with more ways to charge me for non sense and do less work. We weren't even 30 minutes in and I told them I appreciated it but I was going to call someone else due to everything that had already taken place. They then proceeded to try and charge me more money. I have 1000 gallon septic system less than 30' from my home in a neighborhood. It's about as straight forward as a septic system gets. The lady working in dispatch also lied to me. She made an excuse as to why she said what she said but ultimately it was to cover a lie. Service: Plumbing
