I needed my hot water heater replaced and brought up to code so I called Hiller after being recommended by a friend. Alex M. arrived on time to inspect the situation and give an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done and why, provided a very competitive quote, and was able to complete all of the work that very afternoon. He cleaned up after himself, inspected his work, and explained to me how the new system works as well as how to maintain it properly. STAY AWAY... They came to assess a tankless water heater malfunction at my home and quoted $1K plus for just "trying" to understand what was wrong. They did not even open the cover of the water heater or take any tools out...not one. They even suggested I replace the whole thing...for a premium, without even opening the cover! Do yourself a favor and contact B&C Plumbing....they are reliable, honest, professional and reasonably priced.
