I needed my hot water heater replaced and brought up to code so I called Hiller after being recommended by a friend. Alex M. arrived on time to inspect the situation and give an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done and why, provided a very competitive quote, and was able to complete all of the work that very afternoon. He cleaned up after himself, inspected his work, and explained to me how the new system works as well as how to maintain it properly. I will certainly be using Hiller for any further repairs/replacements/annual maintenance in the future. Service: Water heater installation

I had a Mitsubishi mini split go out, so I decided to give Hiller a call as I saw they were a Diamond Elite contractor according to the Mitsubishi site. We actually had three issues that needed to be addressed and not only were they all fixed during the first visit, but our Technician Chase Moore was on time, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. The pricing was reasonable, and his reference for internal wall-leakage repair was awesome to boot! Mr. Moore knocked it out of the park.
