I used 256-Roofers to repair/replace shingles from a recent storm. Patrick came out to assess and then also fix the small area the same day I called. 256 Roofers was recommended to us by a friend, and we were completely put at ease when we personally met Patrick. He came at very short notice and rescued our re-roofing project after we were badly let down by another contractor. Went through a home warranty for a roof leak. Due to no fault of 256-roofers, it ended up being a no call no show. The home warranty company did not communicate with 256-roofers. Once the owner found out (I did a 1 star review through select home warranty), he contacted me almost immediately to explain to me what had happened. He also explained that this isn’t the only issues he was having with Select Home Warranty. He was very professional on the phone and we did talk about setting up an appointment to have some of the screws replaced on the roof. I look forward to working with a very professional person. I highly recommend as he wanted to fix the issue right away.
