Dalton from Best Care came out to inspect my AC UNIT & he did a thorough & proper inspection far better than the last “yahoo” that came out. He got straight to the source of the problem & answered questions with expert knowledge. Great old school customer service! So remember I just called Best care on Wednesday, Dalton came out yesterday & diagnosed the problem, Tom came out after him & went over options & best path forward, Keaton & Evan showed up this morning (Friday) & installed a brand new unit. These guys are the utmost professionals I’m talking about came in & got to work respectful of the space, install went flawless the clean up was like they were never here. I said it before & I’ll say it again: “Old School Professional Customer Service” hard to find these days, but these guys know how it’s done. Thank you Best Care,

On the 17th of July, I had a scheduled maintenance appointment and everything went great. Dalton really made my day! He was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I wish more people presented themselves as well as Mr. Dalton. I'm not a first time customer but this is the first time I have left a review for this company.
