I had a pipe burst, and the water went down the air registers. I called to have Air Essentials come out and check for damage to A/C system. First off they couldn't get out for almost a week. Then, on the day they were supposed to come out they "forgot" that I had a time slot awaiting a technician. They scheduled me for today, and just called at the end of the arrival window to inform me they could not come out again... Very unprofessional! I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.
After several service calls we had to have a new HVAC unit. We could not have been more pleased. Everyone at Air Essentials were great to work with and they did a fantastic job. Services: Heating system installation, Repair HVAC, Install AC
