MPE Services - Madison

I was very impressed! The man listened and went at the backed up toilet, tub, and shower from the inside to the city sewers. This problem had been going on since we purchased the House January 2022. This is a new house. We were told that it was most likely construction debri. That was by one of the contractors who put in the plumbing. Those contractors never worked from the inside. They would go into our plumbing from the front yard hookup, and work towards the house. This man found a solid hard blockage that he busted apart. Amazing the lines clear all the way to the city sewage!!! It’s clear and I have confidence the problem is resolved. Pricing was very reasonable.

Bradley the service technician did fine. But I am not pleased with the main office. First called MPE on 4-20-23 and confirmed appt. for 5-5-23 generac service. Rained out and reconfirmed for 0830 on 5-10-23. Technicians not able to arrive until 1615. They were able to determine I had a bad part. Would order part and return in 2 weeks. 3 and a half weeks later and now June, I call back. New dispatcher says " they have to check on availability of parts". June 26th. Company calls and rescheduled for 3 weeks out, so now middle of July. On scheduled day Friday July 21, we called and were told technician was sick. Rescheduled for Monday 7-31-23 0830. No show no call. At 1200, called company told technician was on an emergency call. Rescheduled for Tuesday 8-1-23. Bradley arrived and performed repairs and full service. Did a fine job. My issue is with the buisness practices of MPE. They used to be on top of everything now, if they bother to, they routinely call the wrong number ( I have a p

Brother Bradley called before arriving and arrived when he said he would. Took his time so as to service the generator properly and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was left in excellent condition. Payment process was easy. We purchased the generator from Lowe's but MPE installed it. They did a very professional job. Brother Bradly also took time to tell me how to protect the regulator during extremely cold weather. We will continue to use this company.
