Came out and fixed main water line to the house that a caterpillar machine destroyed while trying to remove a giant stump in the front yard, on short notice. Doesn't get any better than that.

Bobby did an excellent job!!! Super professional, clearly a master in his field, solved an issue we have had for years and even gave us some pointers to avoid it in the future. Made an appointment the end of last week for today (Tuesday, 10/27/20) for noon or later for a plumber to move some lines in the powder bath so a new vanity could be installed. Explained exactly this when the appointment was made. At 1:41, I called to check and make sure someone would be coming out today as scheduled, because I anticipated it would take a couple of hours. Office lady said yes, we were on their schedule. While I was on a Zoom meeting, plumber showed up about 3:15 came to the side door stating to my husband that his directions took him to our alley. Not sure why he couldn't drive around to the other side and ring the bell at the front door. since he had the address Husband states he didn't bring any tools inside, took a look at the job and said he didn't have time to do it today, and the office would be in touch to schedule someone to come back out.
