Came out and fixed main water line to the house that a caterpillar machine destroyed while trying to remove a giant stump in the front yard, on short notice. Doesn't get any better than that.

They put a new line in from my house to the barn including a frost proof water spigot. Spigot was defective and leaked water from the side. They covered replacing the part but charged me another $200 for labor to replace the part. The technician was supposed to send me an estimate and let me know if the part was warrantied. He never called or emailed me with a response after looking at it. He showed up almost a week later with no warning when I wasn't home and my Daughter told him he could do the work. My Daughter was not given an estimate or a bill, she assumed it was covered in the warranty since the part was defective. This part screws on and takes very little labor to replace it. The part is less than $55. I would have done it myself had I known. Madison Plumbing called me about a week later and said I had an invoice. They didn't care that we were never told of the cost, an appointment was never made and just wanted their money. Feeling ripped off. Poor communication, customer

I had a pipe fitting burst and called Madison Plumbing right away. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. They immediately sent over Butch and he spent the next couple of hours repairing the fitting. He did such a great job!
