Simpson Roofing and Construction

I’m taking away two star on this company because the young men that Owens this company is a little rude with his mouth by texting I thought customers comes first if you don’t agree with something there are way’s to talk and discuss things out without the rudeness he lost my business do to this I’m kinda glad he showed me his true colors before work was done to my property .

They did a great job, replaced the shingles on my garage and my house no problems whatsoever showed up and did what they said they would do, had a few hiccups at the bank, we kept in contact and he didn't rush me, complain,or try to change the price because of the wait like some might , great company

The synopsis is this: Simpson Roofing treated me poorly. They arrived a week after initially scheduled. When they did arrive, they did the work but did not match the color of my shingles (my shingles are brown, they installed black). Hunter Simpson hung the phone up on me during a discussion in which I was asking him to guarantee his work (details below). He did eventually agree to guarantee the work for 60 days. I called another roofing company to look at my roof after they finished the job. This new company did a more thorough estimate and actually climbed on the roof. (Simpson only looked at it from the ground). I learned my roof had hail damage which Simpson Roofing did not disclose nor include in their estimate. Perhaps this is why they were hesitant to guarantee the work. It is questionable whether the work they did was actually needed.
