Very professional guys that installed my unit in a timely manner. I was in bed not feeling well and they got the job done without me having to monitor their progress. My home was 90 degrees when they got here and 3 days of no air was crucial with this heat. I’m very satisfied and my home is cooling significantly faster than my old unit. Thanks AirNow and Kevin! Services: Install thermostat, Install AC
My technician was Tyler Fletcher!! He was very prompt and flexible to my needs! He let me know what was wrong, how it happened and his plans to fix the problem!! The house was back up and cooling within minutes!! I was also able to stay in touch with another technician Matt Marvel ever since I bought my unit from AirNow! Both technicians worked together and had amazing response time to help me and my family!! Thanks so much!! Recommend this company 100%!
Before we get started, know that I've spent a month trying to get this resolved with AirNow. They've had plenty of time to fix their mistakes. Don't judge a company on their mistakes, judge them on how they handle them and they've dropped the bag on this one. We've been with Air Now for years. We purchased 2 different A/C units and besides a few random up charges etc. We were fairly happy with them. Until we got this water heater installed. #1 it is held in with 2 screws and a 3rd one just hanging out. We were told the tankless system only weighs 20ish pounds so it wasn't a big deal. I'd rather something a little more stable. #2 the old water heater was left in the attic. They claimed they couldn't get it down because of its size. In my opinion that is nothing a sawzall can't fix. #3 the water heater vent on our roof was pushed up off the roof. The picture attached is after they came out 1 time and pulled it down a little. I will admit it's much better than it was but it is not fixed.
