My technician was Tyler Fletcher!! He was very prompt and flexible to my needs! He let me know what was wrong, how it happened and his plans to fix the problem!! The house was back up and cooling within minutes!! I was also able to stay in touch with another technician Matt Marvel ever since I bought my unit from AirNow! Both technicians worked together and had amazing response time to help me and my family!! Thanks so much!! Recommend this company 100%!
Kristopher was so nice and friendly. Very respectful and made sure I understood everything and helped us to the best of his ability. We need a whole new unit and he was quick to get us set up with our next step. I’d call him back for other services, he was a truly nice young man.
