I gave them a call when my A/C started to act up. Talked to Dexter about scheduling an appointment. He was very helpful on the phone and even walked me through some troubleshooting steps with my thermostat. Service: HVAC system repair

Called Home Pros over the weekend, Dexter gave me a time between 12-2, I received a confirmation text as well….Monday morning Logan and Ben arrived earlier than expected but I did receive a call from Dexter beforehand, as well as another text! I like the communication. The guys arrived, did great work, and was fast!

Our new Regular Company! Wayne came by exactly on time despite the last second call the night prior. He not only was thorough, professional and streamlined through the job. But he is also as extremely friendly and talked with us casually as he was doing the job. Even during the mini rainstorm that hit us! To me at least, it is very important for a business environment to have someone equally diligent and knowledgeable in the task at hand as they are Cool-headed and Kind in their personality.
