My experience with Hanson was beyond great. The tech who came out for us was Adam and he was phenomenal!! Very respectful & knowledgeable of his job. This guy knew his job up and down, I’ve never seen anything like it. He showed me ins & outs of what could be wrong, what’s done right and what I may need to do not only in present day but as well as the future. Every question I had he answered efficiently and promptly with facts! With the heat this process wasn’t easy but my guy Adam made the Hanson name shine today. I give those guys 5 stars for coming out in this heat, calling before hand with an ETA, and taking care of another question drivin customer. I would recommend them to EVERYONE in the 251 area!
