The techs..Adam and David were great. I used Hanson heating and A/C. They were friendly and professional. They came the day after I called, and were here before 9a.i would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them for all your A/C needs!

I have had nothing but an incredible experience with each Hansen service (ac previously, now plumbing) the few times I have had to reach out. On Sunday afternoon, our kitchen and bathroom sink and dishwasher were backed up. We gave Hansen a call but their on call was also busy (understandable) and wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday. We reached out to Roto Rooter who was able to come out, but after being at our home for an hour and a half or so, they were unsuccessful in fixing the issue. They said they would send out someone on Monday. First thing Monday morning, Hansen called us and two technicians arrived shortly after (can’t remember their names but they were both very friendly, even with my husband nagging them, lol.) It took them maybe 15 minutes to find the issue and resolve it. What a relief! We are about to list our house for sale and we are so thankful that they fixed the issue with ease and didn’t leave a mess!
