He listens, he answers, he informs. He shared how not all companies have the equipment he gets to work with that daycool company has. This was our first time using Daycool and it was a great experience! They were super quick, friendly, and didn’t make us feel like we needed to buy any bells or whistles. Definitely using these guys again!

So today July 3 I had to call for my A/C to get services. They came out the same day. They sent Drake Byrd absolutely love this guy. He came out at 7 at night. Drake talk us through every thing he did step by step. He was so caring that we been hot. That he had to make it right before he left because of the baby. This man didn't leave our house until after 9. He checked everything. He added coolant came back in to make sure it was registering right which it wasn't. Thank God he checked it. Cause that leaded him to find out that we do have a blockage. Which could have damage the whole system. I could go on in on about Drake Byrd. But if you need work call Daycool ask for Drake Byrd to be your technician you want to be disappointed.
