I have a service contract with Keith. I called on 6/21 to report a small problem. Gary was here within an hour. Gary has been servicing our unit for quite some time. Always courteous and punctual.
This is my second year having the Yearly Maintenance Plan with Keith Air and it gives me the peace of mind I need. They come out twice a year - a cooling tune-up and a heating tune-up! The technicians, especially Devon, are always so friendly and knowledgeable, which means a lot to me and is hard to find in most businesses today! Keith Air is the BEST!
