Was a wonderful company until it was sold. New owner has blown me off several times with bad excuses then stopped responding. Maintenance appt was no call no show. Now I'm out an HVAC company and probably screwed on the warranty for the equipment they installed. Great customer relations. The owner is always available. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely helpful with my Air Conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Air Conditioning Company.
I would highly recommend SameDay-Air for you repair needs. Fast, professional, and very friendly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ( BTW after reading some of the ratings I just want to clarify that I am a real person who does not work, nor do I know anyone that works for this company.. So my testimony is based solely on my experience and I know that Mr. Andy didn't over charge me. I have friends that work on A/C and after telling them my experience with the after service call, I was assured that this company didn't over charge me )
