Called with a home emergency. My power was cut off by Alabama Power because of old faulty power box. Receptionist answered the phone then put me on hold. A male answered the phone and asked me to explain what happened. He told me that they were backed up for weeks and that they could not help me. He then stated that he didn't know who to even recommend to help me. Glad it wasn't his home without power. Will not use for any other contracting jobs. As they have stated, they are weeks behind.
They were very professional. And talk to you before doing anything.
Gavin and Daniel arrived exactly on time and went to work right away. Within 25 minutes they had installed 2 outdoor lights and repaired 3 outlets. They were polite and professional. We were very pleased with their work. Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair, Outdoor lighting installation
