In early Spring I had Farnell replace both of my AC Units, including the new heaters, air handlers and outside units. They sent a great group of technicians to do the installation of my new Lennox Units. The job was done very professionally. The scheduling of the work, which was done through the Costco Special, the installation as well as the followup paperwork and rebates, handled very professionally and in a friendly manner by Mitzi, her Dad, Mr. Farnell, and the other ladies in the office, was completed and all folders and warranty work received as instructed. I had a couple of issues with the units and the problems were diagnosed, fixed and completed by Daniel, who is a very professional young man. Units are working extremely well during this very hot Summer and I've very much noticed a considerable savings in energy costs over the previous years due to the efficiency and high Seer ratings of both Units. Called on behalf of my mom's ac which stopped blowing cold air. I called after 2 on a Friday, and the lady who answered the phone was so nice! She was very helpful and fast with getting us in to be seen. Hunter came out and took a look. We thought it was low on freon, however it was just a very dirty ac unit outside. He cleaned it up for us and had us cooling down in no time!! He was great. They are trustworthy, honest, professional and very fast . Thank you so much for helping us !
