Called on behalf of my mom's ac which stopped blowing cold air. I called after 2 on a Friday, and the lady who answered the phone was so nice! She was very helpful and fast with getting us in to be seen. Hunter came out and took a look. We thought it was low on freon, however it was just a very dirty ac unit outside. He cleaned it up for us and had us cooling down in no time!! He was great. They are trustworthy, honest, professional and very fast . Thank you so much for helping us ! We know who to call in the future if we have any ac issues :)

I called to get a quote and the company seemed like nice people until I called the following day to follow up on a quote Misty belittled us as customers stating that we didn't know what we were doing. She kept saying it to us as if she wanted to make a point because we didn't know their terminology when it came to HVAC. I'm not sure what had upset her that morning.

Farnell replaced our complete A/C system at one of our properties. The outcome was the best in our over over 40 years experince i.e. excellent in every way.
