We had an emergency clog for the inlet to our septic system. They were the only ones that had any available technicians on a Saturday afternoon. David and Gary showed up and went straight to work. They quoted the price upfront and stuck with that price even though it took a little more time than expected. Bill Bradley will be my first call every time. You guys have earned a customer for life. Had an appointment today between 9 and 10 which gives them leeway in case something comes up and I had five small plumbing jobs for them to do. I rearranged my schedule , I took off from work and when no one was here by 10 o’clock I called and Ashley said “ oh yes we had an emergency so they’ll be out there as soon as they can get out there”; that is not good enough I should’ve gotten a phone call at 9 o’clock or before , if there was an emergency, so I don’t know if it’s a scheduling problem or people not showing up for work, have no idea, but I will look elsewhere. Do not use or you’ll be waiting all day. I might add, I was “ first appointment of the day”. Very unprofessional to leave a customer just hanging. How much trouble is it to make a courtesy phone call if you are truly on an “emergency.”.
