We wouldn't use anyone else. Ed is outstanding in every way. He has a wide base of knowledge about a variety of kinds of appliances. It's undeniable that some of the newer appliances have computerized parts that are difficult to fix, but 10 times out of 10, we're hiring Ed to come over and take a look and determine whether it can be repaired or not.
