I worked with the plumbing division of Dixie over the last few weeks (Jacob and his team helped me with a gas project). These folks are the most honest, professional and trustworthy people I worked with in a long time. Call them with confidence.
I have had the great fortune of dealing with this company several times. I can not say enough about the upstanding ability as well as professionalism found with every experience I have had. I’m literally so grateful for this company and everything they do. In a world that’s complex and sometimes confused….you can SERIOUSLY call Dixie and it’s DONE! They even wrote what my mama and daddy taught me…. a personal note.
Dustin was attentive, patient and polite, addressing problems in a very clear and concise manner. No overpromise, no unnecessary sales pitch, just good old fashioned professionalism.
