Clif is awesome. He arrived on time. He is knowledgeable, professional and easy to understand. He checked out plugs and electrical panel to ensure no damage from lightning had not occurred. Brandon and Mason replaced my a/c unit today and I have never been more grateful! They were polite, professional, and very empathetic to the fact that I had been without central air for 6 days. I would also like to thank Dixie Electric for going above and beyond bringing two portable a/c units to cool me and my dogs off until the new central unit installation could be scheduled.
