Myers Comfort Specialists of Montgomery

Myers is great! They scheduled both appointments quickly, came out on time and fixed the problem. In addition, they put me in direct contact with floor people who came out immediately to dry my wood floors and assess damage from a major leak. Hopefully I won’t need them again for a while, but my next plumbing or leak issue - it’s Myers I will call!

I made an initial request with Myers in early July. They came within an hour of the call. Off to a good start right, wrong. A part had to be ordered and it is now August 10th and no one has reached out to me! I have called three times inquiring about the call back and the part but I can never get a response! During record temperatures the service, customer service and the attendants answering the calls are awful! Outside of the last attendant that answered the phone, whom was pleasant, the other attendants act like you are bothering them! Service: A/C system repair

I was impressed with her knowledge, our air conditioner. The technician came in listen to it and identify the problem before he ever put a wrench to it. It was fixed, and he was gone in a very short amount of time.
