This company is definitely coming back with new technicians that are responsible and knowledgeable. The day Mobile's temperature climbed to 103 my AC went out. It was awful. I had called AHS a few days before and told them my AC was making a terrible noise in the attic. The same day a technician came and said it was the blower and that the motor was croaking. He ordered the parts. Sure enough, a few days later the whole thing stopped working. I called their office and the lady said she would check on the parts. She called me back that afternoon and said the parts had come in and they would be out the next morning to install them. A young man named Andre came out and worked hard in my attic which must have been at least 117 degrees. He was in that heat for at least an hour and a half. He was soaking wet from the heat, but HE FIXED IT! I can't describe my relief at having cool air again. THEN three days later the outside AC compressor stopped working. I again put in a serv

Thank you for sending your technician, Barry Hall, out to repair our AC unit. He arrived at our home in Notasulga just before 7 pm which we greatly appreciated after having no AC for several days. He diagnosed and resolved the problem and explained what the problem was and how it was resolved. He was very personable and professional. Now, the AC is working great. Thanks!

I made an initial request with Myers in early July. They came within an hour of the call. Off to a good start right, wrong. A part had to be ordered and it is now August 10th and no one has reached out to me! I have called three times inquiring about the call back and the part but I can never get a response! During record temperatures the service, customer service and the attendants answering the calls are awful! Outside of the last attendant that answered the phone, whom was pleasant, the other attendants act like you are bothering them! Service: A/C system repair
