I was impressed with her knowledge, our air conditioner. The technician came in listen to it and identify the problem before he ever put a wrench to it. It was fixed, and he was gone in a very short amount of time.

This company is definitely coming back with new technicians that are responsible and knowledgeable. The day Mobile's temperature climbed to 103 my AC went out. It was awful. I had called AHS a few days before and told them my AC was making a terrible noise in the attic. The same day a technician came and said it was the blower and that the motor was croaking. He ordered the parts. Sure enough, a few days later the whole thing stopped working. I called their office and the lady said she would check on the parts. She called me back that afternoon and said the parts had come in and they would be out the next morning to install them. A young man named Andre came out and worked hard in my attic which must have been at least 117 degrees. He was in that heat for at least an hour and a half. Two separate guys came out to check the problem. The first to say the attic entry is too small and the second to confirm it. Those visits occurred in my first week of no AC in May. A few days later i got an estimate through my home warranty (only reason I used Meyers), which included cost of "modifications". Per my request, my HW requested a breakdown of costs, but I received nothing from Meyers, and by this time I was ending my second week of no AC, so I accepted the charges. By the end of the third week of no AC, I still hadn't received a scheduled time, so I called them. I was told they were looking for a smaller handle to fit the attic entry. I thought, great!, less cost for "modifications". Then they called a few days later to say the smaller handler costs $400 more, and modifications would still be necessary. I was quickly moving into week four of no AC, so i would have sold my mother at that point. They replaced the air handler and some ductwork, and the boys that came w
