When you call to speak with him he will either answer the phone or call you back. He will come and inspect your roof and make sure everything that is damaged or needs replacing is accounted for. He will talk with you and your insurance company on details in which you can understand what he has to do to fix your roof. When the job is done before he ever gives you an invoice he makes sure the work is done correctly. I highly recommend this company to anyone. He can be kind of busy and might take some time to get to roof, but right now every contractor is busy. He is worth the wait if you can wait. if you need assistants with your roof and not sure what to do he will come look at it pretty fast.
