We were lucky that someone was able to come out quickly on a Sunday afternoon to fix our broken AC. Ramsey was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind, and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and why, checked everything, asked us if we wanted him to check or recheck anything, and didn’t leave until he was sure the house was cooling down.
