HVAC Home Pros - Air Conditioning Repair and Installation

Home Pros came out late at night on a Friday and got my HVAC problems diagnosed and fixed. The technicians were super thorough and made sure to look over everything, even beyond the obvious problems. I was happy with the technicians work, but I was pretty taken aback when the invoice came. They were very upfront about the diagnosis/trouble shooting fee, however the cost of the labor/parts for the repairs wasn't discussed until the bill came. Had I known they were going to charge $400 in labor to change my 2 overflow switches, I would have just paid for the diagnosis and spent the 10 minutes to do it myself.

I am pleased with our air conditioning installation service with them recently. They have fantastic service technicians who are skilled and knowledgeable about air conditioning units.
