Jolly was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were polite on the phone when I called with our issue of having no a/c with a baby and older dog in the home. Travis came out for an after-hours appointment and took the time to find the problem. This even meant taking an additional trip back to the shop for a part. I'm so grateful for their work, and our family will be using them in the future. Service: A/C system repair
Came home from vacation to find our upstairs HVAC was not working properly. Called Jolly on Friday morning and they got someone out same day. Kris was professional and courteous. He showed us a few maintenance tricks to help in future.
Jolly responded right away for a weekend service call when my air conditioning was not working. They were here within an hour to check it out and replace the capacitor and let my know my filters needed replacing. It’s cooler right away and I am very pleased with the service given to me by Travis. Service: HVAC system maintenance
