I called Danny at P&C about our AC not cooling our home. He was there within the same day and we had cool air with in hours. I only have one number in my address book and it is P&C. The entire team is great!

Sunday afternoon and did not want to call for service on my A/C, but realized it needs attention so called P&C who had installed furnace a while back with great results. Dispatcher was courteous and gave information to technician on call and he responded quickly with time of arrival and estimated cost of service. He came and took care of issues and stayed around to make sure unit was properly cooling and installed part functioning as required.
