We had an issue with one of our AC units and Durham Service Co made it a priority to get out to us right away and fix it. We are a dog boarding facility so having our AC unit working today was a must. The technician was quick, professional, and explained everything to me before he left. We can't say enough how much we appreciate having such a reliable service company!! We highly recommend them both for commercial and residential use (we have used them at our home in the past as well).
This was an HVAC maintenance service call. I was very happy with Johnathan Dake, he immediately spotted a problem 3 previous service technicians had missed from other companies. I find Durham Service Company highly competent and reasonably priced. They are the company I will go to for all my HVAC needs.
