I've been using Rossair since 2003. In 2003, Robbie and his crew installed a new HVAC system and replaced my return ducts, for a very reasonable price. Over the next 7 years, while the unit was under a bumper to bumper warranty, Rossair was always prompt to come out and make any warranty repairs that were needed, never charging me a dime. In the years since, I've had Robbie come out for service calls, and he is always prompt, reasonably priced, and never tries to sell you a repair or service you don't need. My air conditioner stopped working two days before I was scheduled to have major surgery. We couldn't get our normal guy to answer the phone and none of the big companies were able to come by right away. My wife found Ross air on her next door app and they had really good reviews from some people in my neighborhood. Those people were right! I spoke to the owner directly when I called and he sent a technician out in less than an hour. Nick was awesome from start to finish! Presentable, polite, easy to talk to, Etc. Fixed the problem without trying to rip me off, even showed me all of the parts that had gone bad so that I understood. Got our air working that same day and saved us from having to take the entire family to a hotel. Even after all of that, the bill was even affordable and reasonable! I have dealt with several different HVAC companies living in Huntsville for the last 15 years. This kind of service and Excellence is rarely what you get
Had a problem with the AC not working this morning. The compressor was running but the fan was not working? I turned the system off and went to work. Called Robert at 6:45 this morning and he said he would be there between 8:00 and 9:00. Come to find out it was a dirty filter and the unit had frozen up. What a great guy and excellent service with a great price!!! Thanks Robert!
