Chase was fast, efficient, explained everything in detail. I didn't understand a few things so he took extra time out to walk me through it pipe by pipe. He was wonderful and super nice. I would ask for him if you need help.
All good qualities were present. Nicholas was very polite and easy going. He took what information I gave him and was able to quickly confirm our suspicions and the repair took moments. I know some repairs will no be this speedy or easy, but I will recommend this company and thus technician to anyone asking for a quality plumber. The price was reasonable as well. The cheapest out of 4 companies I called. And cheap does not describe the work quality, as again, it was phenomenal.
