Chase was fast, efficient, explained everything in detail. I didn't understand a few things so he took extra time out to walk me through it pipe by pipe. He was wonderful and super nice. I would ask for him if you need help.
The technician was very professional took out time to explain everything that I needed to know and what I was up against on getting my problem solved and did not try to rush me into anything but just let me know what I was going to need to do to have the repairs did and just told me to think about it and it just gave me a good idea of what road I need to be on to have it have it done. I'm still thankful even though I do have a big expense before me I'm getting it done but it'll be okay but I do like the service that was provided.
