It's a year out from the installation and they have done quarterly services as per contract. Each time services were due they made contact to setup appointments, were on-time and very professional. I would recommend one hour heating and air without reservation. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC, Thermostat installation

This company was suppose to come service my air conditioning unit since July 2022. They’ve been taking money out of my account since then and have been out one time to service it but withdrew money from my account. I call today because my accountant asked me who they were. They also came to do work at the house in the attic and it never got completed but and they took everything apart. We had to pay thousands of dollars to get fixed. I call this morning to get a refund. They representative was very professional. She put in my refund request. The manager called me back to tell me they are sorry that they dropped the ball but couldn’t refund my money because they gave me a discount lol. Sounds crazy right. He kept asking did I want them to send out a technician. I replied no because I’m big on integrity. The manager gets angry then hangs up in my face. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will be hearing from my lawyer.
