Micah was on time. We ran into a few issues before getting my thermostat installed. He did try various ways to get it working. I can say he had a good attitude and it matters alot. Just the people that he was trying to reach was not answering the phone. So it made it take long, but he was fair in pricing. It's a year out from the installation and they have done quarterly services as per contract. Each time services were due they made contact to setup appointments, were on-time and very professional.
