Mr Sip Nails arrived on time. He is cordial, knowledgeable and patient in explaining to us the tech details. He spent time with us by doing load test to make sure the tonnages we need and explaining to us the warranty, etc. Super happy with Sip. We are still in the process of evaluating the quote and weighing on options. Once we decide on new units, we trust Sip and One Hour Heating and Air to take care of our needs.

Techs are great but the operations department is extremely unresponsive and unorganized. I signed up for the Preventative Maintenance service but after a year they never came out to perform the work so I called in to cancel it. It took 7 phone calls and several weeks to get Chris, the branch manager to call me back. When he finally did he agreed that I deserved a refund and said he would make it happen. A week later he is now blaming the accounting department. He says he sent in the request to accounting for the refund but here we are a week later and I not only haven't received a refund but I was changed for the service that I have already cancelled again. Customer service is very nice and they have all promised me that now that THEY are on it THEY will make sure it gets taken care of but they all seem to have their hands tied behind their back Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

Our system has been worked on 5-6 times since April 2023 and the unit is only 3 years old. This doesn’t include the times it was worked on last year. The new unit came with the house but we believe One Hour bought the contract after the previous owner retired. Although we kept thinking it was a bad unit, One Hour kept giving us GREAT service. We believe they felt sorry for us because of ALL the times they had to return. We now consider our service technicians friends. They did a phenomenal job. Hats off to service technician Keon and Senior Technician Chad Thornton. They were the best!!! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
