Scheduled (5 days out) and confirmed AC repair appointment for 8-1. When the timeframe was getting near the end, I called Myers to get an update as I had afternoon obligations and might have to reschedule. Call 1- on hold for 25 minutes, then the system hung-up. Call 2- waited 20 minutes and then CSR answers. I explained the situation to the CSR and wanted to see if she .... before I could finish my question to reschedule the appointment because I had other commitments. The CSR interrupted me and stated harshly "the appointment has been rescheduled" I stated, I never received any notice, the CSR responded "they will call 1/2 hour before arriving" then HUNG UP. My first thought is when was it rescheduled for? I have used this company for years, with ok service and results. But this was totally unprofessional, and I have lost confidence in this vendor. I then called GUIN who I've used for other services, they are arriving tomorrow. Myers, if they cant answer a phone and be respectful

I like to commend Louis for his professionalism, our HVAC technician for today, I have been having the same issue for past three trips with our unit freezing up on the inside because the inside fan was not coming on when we turn it to cool only the outside fan came on.this is the third trip out here to. check to see why my unit freezes up and it is only barely 3 years old, the other technicians that came out and did what they could and could not find a problem.Louis arrived at my house about 430 and at 5:33. He was able to find a problem and solve the problem, which was the fan on the inside was not running the next time I need service I highly request Louis to come out to service our unit. He is a great problem solver great for the company. You all need five more Louis he listen to the customer not tell the customer what the problem might be until he solve the problem so I like to think Louis, my wife and myself for being patient and finding the problem that has evade the other techni

Louis came to my house and identified the issue I was having with my air conditioning unit quickly. He was able to repair the issue, he was professional, kind and responsive. I appreciate Louis and Meyers for getting an appointment fast and resolving my air conditioning issue.
