Scheduled (5 days out) and confirmed AC repair appointment for 8-1. When the timeframe was getting near the end, I called Myers to get an update as I had afternoon obligations and might have to reschedule. Call 1- on hold for 25 minutes, then the system hung-up. Call 2- waited 20 minutes and then CSR answers. I explained the situation to the CSR and wanted to see if she .... before I could finish my question to reschedule the appointment because I had other commitments. The CSR interrupted me and stated harshly "the appointment has been rescheduled" I stated, I never received any notice, the CSR responded "they will call 1/2 hour before arriving" then HUNG UP. My first thought is when was it rescheduled for? I have used this company for years, with ok service and results. But this was totally unprofessional, and I have lost confidence in this vendor. I then called GUIN who I've used for other services, they are arriving tomorrow. Myers, if they cant answer a phone and be respectful

After being without air for nearly a week, your company was sent by AHS. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My assigned technician, LeDarius was very professional. He explained and recommended maintenance things that I should be doing for the longevity of my system. He removed any skepticism that I initially had due to prior reviews I read.
