If I can save you some time please do not rely on this company. We had an appointment scheduled AND PAID, 4 days in advance. The day of the appointment, we didn’t receive a call, a text or anything! I called the office twice, the female stated they were behind and would get to us later than scheduled. I called back 1 hour later she said they would be there after 4. Never heard anything else. Called at 5, office closed. Communication goes a long way. Very unprofessional. We have been without air for 4 days with the heat index of 110 outside. Glad it’s not life or death because my family would be dead!!! RUN!!!! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

Myers was sent to me by my home warranty company. A lot of time services providers are hit or miss through warranty, but my technician L'Darius was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We have used Myers Comfort Specialists almost exclsevely since we purchased our home in 2015. Their technichians have always been professional have given us good service. On their most recent visit the technician saved us over a $1,000 off the quote by reusing a part as well as using a lower priced product that would work on our unit because it was an older unit. I have been satisfied with their service and would reccommend them.
