I've used Valley for years and was somewhat reluctant to stay after new ownership. I spoke with Tim (new owner) to schedule my annual maintenance and a couple of days later Tim shows up personally to perform the work. David and his assistant were prompt and professional when completing my Spring service visit. They discovered an issue with a faulty circuit breaker and brought the defective equipment inside for my inspection and showed me the installed replacement part.
