Valley has once again exceeded my expectations. My AC unit went out over the weekend and I called first thing Monday morning and they arrived within 3 hours. They quickly identified the problem and had a solution in place within 30 minutes. My AC is back up and running thanks to these guys!
I've used Valley for years and was somewhat reluctant to stay after new ownership. I spoke with Tim (new owner) to schedule my annual maintenance and a couple of days later Tim shows up personally to perform the work. Top notch leadership, great workmanship, and excellent customer service. Tim surpassed my expectations. Service: HVAC system maintenance
