Staff has horrible customer service and very disrespectful.. I have been a customer for about a year since arriving in Alabama and any problems I have had they have never helped with a solution as well as not worked with me could be $2 short and they cut my electricity off... That says a lot seeing how I have lived in 15 states and never had such experience from a power company.
Alabama power needs to increase the amount of payment sites in town. It's ridiculous to have to pay a fee to pay a bill.
I haven't had any interaction with staff, but the kiosk is super easy to use and there is never a line.
