Staff has horrible customer service and very disrespectful.. I have been a customer for about a year since arriving in Alabama and any problems I have had they have never helped with a solution as well as not worked with me could be $2 short and they cut my electricity off... That says a lot seeing how I have lived in 15 states and never had such experience from a power company.
I went to Alabama Power and was in need of a refrigerator. This was my first time purchasing something this big on my own. My experience with them was great very friendly, helpful, and just went out of their way to help me! I will definitely tell others!
Staff horrible and disrespectful try steal my rent paperwork paying power bill we will not buy appliances from them go to Walmart skinny girl with Glass horrible
