The Home Service Club

My claim was rejected due to some minor issue that was reflected in the inspection report of the house. The warranty was provided by the seller of the house when we bought it. I was not even aware of the issue reflecting in the report and was not told that inspection report would be required when we file any claim in the first place. The claim was regarding the AC which was working great when we bought the house and we did not have any problems with AC for more than seven months, until suddenly it had stopped cooling. I was quoted $4500.00 as cost of replacing the unit by this company of which I was offered $950.00 as a courtesy program. I got my AC replaced through a different company for $3800.00 and when I tried to contact this company for at least part of the cost to be reimbursed, they never called me back and am still waiting to hear from them.

We had a previous home warranty that was canceled on us. My husband heard about Home Service Club from a neighbor or a relative, so we went ahead with them. We've been with HSC for three years and so far our experience has been excellent. Submitting claims with them is an easy process.

The HSC personnel in the office has good rapport. It accommodated our problem in our water heater system. They immediately repair all leakages and replace damage pipes. And it functions so well after repair. Their technicians were friendly and polite. Very skillful and amazing. Thanks you.
