Highly recommend. After doing a thorough check, the plumber took the time to explain to me what was causing my issue. He was very professional. He even explained some things about the water heater that I have....(80 gal....not made anymore for safety reason) and told me what I would need to do to replace it. I will definitely be following that advice when it is feasible economically for me (translation: I'm broke). Thankfully it didn't need to be replaced, just the heating elements (not sure if that's the correct term). The price did not make me pass out and I was able to cancel my appointment to donate plasma (translation: very affordable). DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND!!! Only been a day after repair. Hoping clog is completely gone. That said I was very pleased with the technician. Very friendly very knowledgeable found another issue fixed quickly I believe free off charge. He dug a deep hole to get to the pipe and worked hard nonstop to get the clog. I would say he worked on snaking that pipe for hour. In my mind I was thinking this was going to be an outrageous bill. The bill seamed reasonable. My draining problem returned so i had to lower from 5 stars to 2 stars. Now both toilets drain but don't flush. I believe it occurred when washer is running. Still nice people. But probably never use again going with rotor rooter they have cameras and will go through the vent in roof. Service: Drain cleaning
