Jake and Travis were nice gentlemen that was here in 10 minutes. They did a perfect job. Donna was also super nice. The price was reasonable.

Contacted these guys and they came out the next day to take a look at my non-emergency issue. Got a reasonable quote for the work, compared with multiple other plumbers. These guys were the only ones to mention what might be needed to bring my system up to code. Also, they suggested another guy to do a repair that no one else had suggested instead of replacing something. Saved me 3-5k. They ALSO went out and helped my sister with an emergency call about a leak in a water line. We both agreed that these guys were professional, nice, honest, and diligent in their work. I was referred to Hammack the day before thanksgiving for a plumbing leak under my hot water heater. I called, got no one likely due to the looming holiday and it was late in the day, and left a message. Due to it being an emergency i called 2 other companies. The two others didnt seem to care about getting my business but i made a tentative appointment for the day after thanksgiving with one. The day after thanksgiving i got a call from Hammock a little after 8am and was told a tech can be out in about 30min. I accepted and someone was on site in 15 to 20. Hammock repaired my issue quickly, professionally, honestly, and at a fair cost. They clearly cared about having my business.
