Riley Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Riley on Friday afternoon not expecting to receive service until the following week because of the lateness of the call. The representative indicated that they would try to get me on the list but there were no guarantees. I setup service and ten minutes after the call concluded I received a call from the repairman indicating that he was on the way. Repairman came, diagnosed and fix the issue within 90 minutes of my initial call. This was an awesome experience and I will be using Riley going forward for all of my AC repairs. Called on Friday morning to get a service tech to come look at my AC unit. Started making a loud, squeaking noise the night before. The lady I spoke with was very nice and very helpful and professional. She was able to set me up with a same day, afternoon appointment. I got a call at lunch time and the service tech was nearby and able to come out. He was also very friendly. My unit would not make the noise again after turning the unit back on so that problem didn’t appear to be present upon inspection so the tech (David) checked everything else out. Coolant was good, capacitor was weak so replacement was suggested. He checked a clog I mentioned up in the attic in the air handler and he cleared that up and told me I could maintain it a few times a year. I was very happy with the assistance and service from the initial call to the actual repair. Jeremiah was very professional and knowledgeable. He treated me just as if I was his very own family. He cares about his customers and ensure that they are well satisfied. Out of all the AC repair men that came to fix on my AC, he is the only one that gave me very good honest advice. I will recommend him to everyone I meet. Awesome service!
