Bo came out for a service call and told us we needed a blower motor and blower wheel. We were under warranty and we only have to pay for labor. He told us it would take three hours and labor was $570. A week later Dave installed the blower motor and wheel in one hour.$570 for one hour of work? Wow! We were definitely taken advantage of. Riley installed our original unit 2006 new home. We always used them for ou r service I'm looking into using someone else

I called three other HVAC companies, and Riley was the only one that returned my call and even followed up with an email. They were quick to respond and sent someone out right away. The technicians assessed my problem and offered a solution without needing to replace my unit. They were honest and the pricing was more than fair.
