My HVAC system was just blowing outside air around and causing my house to get to temperatures in excess of 80 degrees. Sleeping was miserable, and I thought I would have to put up with it for another day or two while waiting for a technician to come take a look. Drew answered the phone immediately and was able to come over within 2 hours to take a look and had the issue identified and fixed within 30 minutes. Drew provided a seamless installation. He was very professional and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. He also made sure we understood how the unit worked and answered any questions. He also stated he would return in a week or so to make sure the AC was working properly, as it wasn’t warm enough to determine yet.
