I started calling Smith’s at 8:30 this morning(and left 3 messages) regarding our A/C blowing warm air. I explained that it was 90 degrees inside our home and that my dad is bed ridden and very sick and that we need someone to please come out ASAP. They replaced the unit in April 2021 so I feel like they should be the ones to address the problem. It’s 3:11 in the afternoon and I have not heard a word from them. Very disappointing!
Professional and fast. I had the son and he even checked the freon without me asking. I knew it was low due to a small leak. I passed on a refill because I was ordering new coils. Will have them recharge unit.
Quickest install I've ever seen!! Super polite and even swept up after finishing installing the inside unit. Never been more satisfied with an ac company and never been disappointed by smith ac! ❤️
