Michael was very professional and effective in determine the best course of action repairing the leak from the water feed lines. Discussed and advise us the best options for accessing the lines for repair with minimum impact to the interior of the house. Cole was our HVAC tech. He’s a great guy thats knowledgeable and he provided professional customer service. We didn’t go with Hansen because of the estimated cost. Even though we decided to go with someone else, the treatment at Hansen was excellent and we had a good experience. Cole was great.
