Our house was struck by lightning which caused a tripped breaker and loss of electricity in certain areas. The guys inspected and confirmed it was due to an indirect lightning strike. They were informative & quick. It didn’t take them long to retrieve a smart switch that needed replacing. JM even recommended getting an all home surge protector to prevent further issues like this which they acquired and installed for us. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
It was time for our annual Kohler Home Generator check. The technician was prompt and very courteous. No issues with our generator as everything checked out as it should.
My generator did not come on in the storm. I call Hansen the next morning and Gary the technician came out an accessed the problem. He explained everything to my husband and I. He got us back up and running. PS it’s important to make sure your battery is working!???? Thank you Gary????????
