On a very hot day my AC decided to take the day off. Hansen sent a wonderful tech named Roger at 7 p.m. He got everything going again and gave me some good recommendations about my not so new AC. Quick response and very affordable! Thanks! Service: A/C system repair
They came out at 10 at night. Zach found out problem and even though it turned out we will need full replacement of the system. Everything want smooth. He and John fully explained Everything and were doing everything they could v to make sure we would get taken care of.
I called Hansen telling them I smelled gas coming from my hot water heater. They responded within an hour or so and diagnosed the problem and were able to come back in the afternoon with the part and remedied the problem. Excellent service. Tony, the technician, was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and very determined to find the problem. Kudos to him for making me feel safe in my home, by fixing the gas leak.
