Our tech was extremely professional, and very friendly. He located the problem and fixed it within five minutes of entering the door. And clearly explained to us what had happened, and how to possibly prevent the issue from occurring again. This young man is a real asset to your company. It was almost 9 PM and he still came out to help us. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated his services.
They came out at 10 at night. Zach found out problem and even though it turned out we will need full replacement of the system. Everything want smooth. He and John fully explained Everything and were doing everything they could v to make sure we would get taken care of.
The service tech was very friendly and professional but didn't fix my problem. He opened up a closed vent and now my house is even hotter than before, up to 81 degrees. I was told they would install a vent on the roof. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything when they will do that. Service: A/C system repair
