I signed up online to inquire about purchasing a mini-split ac for my sunroom. I promptly received a call and scheduled a tech to come out that day to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and facilitated a call with management to discuss the various options at my disposal. They even helped me get financing over the phone in about 3 minutes! Now, my project is moving forward and I'll have my mini-split in by the first of next week! Great experience! They came out at 10 at night. Zach found out problem and even though it turned out we will need full replacement of the system. Everything want smooth. He and John fully explained Everything and were doing everything they could v to make sure we would get taken care of.

I called Hansen telling them I smelled gas coming from my hot water heater. They responded within an hour or so and diagnosed the problem and were able to come back in the afternoon with the part and remedied the problem. Excellent service. Tony, the technician, was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and very determined to find the problem. Kudos to him for making me feel safe in my home, by fixing the gas leak.
