I just wanted to share my experience with Head's Heating and Air technician Joe Miller. My central AC started working intermittently last night around 10 am. I have a service contract with Heads so I called for after hours service. I received a call from Joe within 5 - 10 mins of talking to the after hours operator. After telling Joe the problem he came out to my house and immediately diagnosed the problem as being a clogged drain line. Clogged drain line is an understatement. The PVC drain line was completely clogged in several places and it was difficult to access due to the evaporator unit being in the attic. Joe spent about three hours doing his best to unclog the line. Nothing worked as the line had over 20 years of sludge inside. Joe came up with a temporary solution at 2am. He was able to reroute my main drain line to my emergency drain so my AC would work until the main line could be replaced. Later in the day Joe called with a solution to fix the drain and a quote.

It’s Saturday night in Lower Alabama and AC stopped working. It’s hot out and inside now too. Joe Miller from Heads was here fast and had the house cooling down in 10 minutes. And he’s a great guy too! Thanks Joe and Heads. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair

We have worked with Heads for a long time. They are always fast and professional! Today we had a service call with Joe Miller and he was fantastic! Very friendly and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Very thorough as well. Highly recommend!
