Gipson Heating and air conditioning is the BEST. I just moved to a house and needed my gas heat turned on. To do so I needed an inspection and pressure test. Without any luck from multiple companies I reached out to, and a few let downs from companies that said they could help (but canceled last minute) called Gipson. And he was able to pull a permit and set everything up for the next day! I should have called Gipson first! Shane (the man who came to my house) was honest, insightful, and very professional. My wife and I returned after a week's vacation to find that our ac was out. We delt with it the first night as it was too late to do anything about it. The next day my wife began searching for contractors to come repair the system. We spoke to several highly rate businesses all of whom were either rude or couldn't get to us for days. Enter Gipson. The owner of the company answers my wife's call and uses his own name (Shane) not the company name, very personable. My wife describes our predicament, this conversation taking place around 10am, Shane says that while they are a small operation and have appointments booked all day, he would not end his day until we had ac back.
