Perfect Service Heating & Air

*Edited to include the correct name of my service technician * “Courteous technician, great service!” Parker Vaughn was phenomenal. He actually taught me a few things about our system / about A/C in general, which I really appreciated! He was very polite and patient, and an excellent example of a high quality employee. Thank you, Parker! And Perfect Service in general has always been great to work with. They are attentive to details, quickly respond to concerns, and even do routine phone “check-ins” after they visit the house, to ensure everything has continued to work smoothly. We are so lucky to have found such a high value company!

Chris was very polite and introduced himself and the company he was with. Took care not to get dirt on floor by putting something over his shoes every time he came back inside the house. He explained what all he was going to do before starting . When he finished he did the same thing again letting me know what all he did. He asked if we were having any problems with the unit and I told him no not since they had been out the last time. And as he was leaving he mentioned that if we had any problems to give you all a call any time. Was very happy with his service and his politesse. Service: HVAC system maintenance
