I highly recommend this company, they came and did an incredible job on short notice worked until nearly 10PM while the cpacitor was much cheaper on Amazon,,,, it was not obtainable on hot Alabama night (???????? ???? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????? ???????????????? ???? ???????????????????????? ????ℎ???????? ????????????'???? ????????????????????) and it was replaced after the tech took the readings and showed it bad. Every step performed was explained during this thorough inspection and cleaning.
Chris Jordon, HVAC Tech for Perfect Air, arrived at my home and immediately went to work checking my whole system inside, outside and under in the crawl space. He was very thorough and professional. He checked up in my attic and let me know that if I would add insulation up there, it would make a big difference in the heating and cooling of my home, and even got me a quote on the cost of having insulation blown Into my attic. He was very informative of everything he was checking and why it was important to my system. I don't believe I've ever had better service from any Company or Technician !!! I also have to say that on the day he came to my home, it was in the range of 97 degree's outside and he never slowed down !! Thank you Chris and Perfect Air for your perfect service !! He actually taught me a few things about our system / about A/C in general, which I really appreciated! He was very polite and patient, and an excellent example of a high quality employee. Thank you, Parker! And Perfect Service in general has always been great to work with. They are attentive to details, quickly respond to concerns, and even do routine phone “check-ins” after they visit the house, to ensure everything has continued to work smoothly. We are so lucky to have found such a high value company!
