Excellent crew that installed my HVAC unit. Very through and complete. Excellent job. Unit has been working now for 2 weeks and is an awesome unit. Was great experience from start to finish. I called to get estimate and they came out right away. Gave me options on more cost efficient systems. When could not come out to install because of weather, called right away and rescheduled. Did fantastic job with installation, cleaned up after themselves. Sonny was great, made sure I knew everything I needed to know. His crew was very friendly and got things done. This company installed our AC unit last June (we have a new construction home so our house is only a little over a year old) We did not choose this company. (Our contractor did) Our air went out on Monday of this week. I called them a little after 10A. The woman on the phone was not very nice and told me they’d come in the afternoon. I waited and never heard anything back even though I asked her to communicate with me on a time that they could come out. (She had zero urgency for getting us taken care of) (I also have 2 kids- one with asthma and another 4 month old who’s had a portion of her lung removed- they can’t handle no airflow well especially with a house at 83 degrees) I waited for about 2 hours with no response from them and reached out to another company (who came in 2 hours.. and brought portable units to cool us off thankfully) Turns out our AC unit was not installed properly.
