They worked hard, were so very pleasant even in tough working conditions, completed the job and cleanup, and they were all very respectful and answered all of my questions. We contacted Buzz Electrical Services because of a constantly chirping smoke detector. Couper came right on time the next morning and, after patiently explaining the various possibilities, tested everything and replaced the clearly faulty detector. Since he was here, we then came up with a couple of additional electrical projects which he also took care of, keeping us totally aware of the pricing issues. We couldn’t be happier with the service we got and would readily call Buzz Electrical again with a special shoutout to Couper for his exceptional knowledge and pleasant attitude. Gavin and his team were quick to respond when I requested some work to be done. By the next day, they were here and installed a surge protector and multiple outlets in our home, including digging a trench and installing conduit to run under the backyard to our pool pump. They completed the work within a short amount of time and we're sure to clean up afterwards. I look forward to using Buzz Electrical Service for any future needs!
