He was friendly, professional, very personable, and did an excellent job. We have called 3 different air companies over the past two years. None of which took the time to assess and fix our air unit. PHILLIP from Middleton looked at every possible explanation for air not cooling. I just had a surgery and he wouldn't let me help get him a hose or stay in the heat while he hosed down the compressor for free until they can service it. Best service ever. He cared and took the time to help my family stay cool and safe at home. Thank you.
