Josh was early for the appointment. He was very professional and informative along the way with what he was doing. I had my new hot water heater working within a couple of hours. The whole experience was great and would definitely use them again. Have always been very pleased with their work, responsiveness, and professionalism. Service: Water heater installation
I’ve used Ray Lusk in the past and they’ve been flawless. However, this most recent job they gave me the wrong solution to the problem. I wasn’t getting hot water flow out of my kitchen sink and they suggested I get a knew faucet and charged me a $175 diagnosis fee. Guess what? Wrong diagnosis. Didn’t fix the problem at all. Seems like a I need new valves altogether. After this foul up, I’ll be hesitant to use them again. Service: Repair water fixtures
I was definitely not happy, and if I could give zero stars, I would. The plumber that came was very nice, but was unable to do anything to fix our faucet...plus I got charged $179 for NOTHING!!! Believe me, I will not be calling Ray Lusk Plumbing ever again.
