Airco Service

You know how you usually get business ads in the mail and don’t always pay attention or just throw them away? Something told me to hang on to the Airco Service business card when we got it, and I am so very glad I did! We ended up needing a whole new unit last year, and they made everything smooth and easy. Everyone we’ve had the pleasure of talking to and those who’ve come to install and service the unit have been the most friendly, professional, and helpful people. Excellent service call. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Noticed my unit had a surge protector that had been recalled due to fire hazard. Thankfully, he had a replacement on his truck so myself and my property are safe. Thank you!

Jennifer, the technician, was super. She explained everything that was wrong with our air conditioner and explained in detail how she would resolve all the issues. She did an excellent job fixing the issues. She also explained the benefits of having a service contract and we did buy a service contract.
