During the roof inspection it came to light that a recent roof repair from another company was subpar to put it mildly. My roof had multiple issues and was older and in needed to be replaced. After looking at the product samples from Erie it was easy to see the shingles used for my roof were far superior than regular shingles. For comparison, my parents recently had their roof replaced. The process took months and around a week to install. The guys from Erie came out inspected my roof, called me, scheduled an appointment and installed my roof in one week. The process may have been sooner due to a missed call by myself. I couldn’t believe it. I now have a 30 year warranty on my roof bringing peace of mind.
