Sloan was very polite & clear with his explanation of what he was going to check out. When he found the issue, he again explained what needed to be done. He was a very nice young man. Mister Sparky is fast and available. The electricians were on time, kind, and helpful. Their price quoted for my job was ~$500 more than the competitors quote, on a relatively small job. $1500 vs $1000. That's a pretty steep premium, even if the warranty is longer. Additionally, the $79 service fee is charged if they are not hired for the job. They were clear about this when I scheduled over the phone, but many electricians offer a free estimate. I was needing a quick install, so scheduled them anyway. But I did not expect the price to be 50% higher. Ultimately, I chose to go with the lower price company.
